Protecting Institutional Religious Freedom
Increasingly, governments are imposing on faith-based service organizations laws and regulations that do not respect their freedom to be distinctive—to serve their neighbors as they believe God calls them to serve. But their uncommon way of serving the common good should be protected by government, not suppressed.
